Below are the instructions for ordering forms from Repro:
Email your request to repro@lausd.net, include material number, quantity and contact information.
Repro will email a quote based on your specifications for your review.
Once you approve the quote, Repro will create a work request and email it to you.
Print, fill out information, provide a funding line (must contain G/L Account 430004), sign, scan and email the completed work request to repro@lausd.net.
Your order will be processed and shipped to your location.
